4 Years!!

I wanted to get this posted Sunday but life decided to do it's own thing...we've all been sick yet again (all but Lucas). Lucas turned 4 on Sunday :) Wow where does the time go?! I can not believe he is 4 already!! This little boys ornery little monster personality just becomes more and more and I can't imagine him any other way. Just a little bit about this past year for him...

*41 inches and 39 lbs

*Size 4t and 5t clothes, size 9 shoes.

*Had a series of ear aches so had his 3rd surgery, ear tubes placed in both ears. They have helped tremendously!!

*If I had one word to describe Lucas it would be ornery!! Loves to get his brothers and sister laughing at him. Comes up with the silliest things. Has a huge imagination. Has become best friends with a stuffed hippo that he named Cutie. I wish I could post all this stories but that would take too long!! He is just the life of everything.

*Favorite food is definitely pizza. He can eat 3 pieces sometimes!!

*Enjoying his first year of preschool! Was a hard decision if we should send him or not since he was only 3 but felt he needed something a couple days a week away from home. Best decision!! He has grown soo much in just a few months and only going 2 days a week. He is very advanced for his age, has begun writing his name (and this was with no help). Just one day decided to write his name on Meemaws phone and then he wrote it on paper a few times. Sometimes he does struggle since we don't really practice it, but does really well for just doing it by looking. Gets excited to go to school and tells us about his morning there. Loves his teachers and friends.

*He is the problem solver. Sometimes I'm not sure of what he comes up with, but it always works :)

*Loves to sing and dance and just be silly!!

*Loves to read!!!!

*Very much into Superheroes, blocks, and trucks.

*Some of the cartoons he loves to watch are Octonauts, Paw Patrol, Bubble Guppies, Mickey Mouse, Doc McStuffins, Krypto superdog, Jake and the Pirates and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

*Loves pretend play!! You will usually find him being some superhero saving the day :)

*Despite the fact that he is very silly and can be more agressive he is also a sweet heart!! Gets very worried if someone is not feeling good, loves to give you hugs and kisses and tell you i love you, does not like it if someone cries, tries to make you happy when your feeling sad, loves to help Mikaela out most of the time, can be so gentle sometimes ;)

*Enjoys coloring and making crafts. Loves to fingerpaint.

*Favorite color is blue and green.

*Huge imagination and very creative!

That's all I can think of at the moment, just a growing happy 4 year old boy :)
