After pricing some tutus for Mikaela to wear at her birthday party I realized it was going to be more money than I'd like to spend right now so thanks to Pinterest yet again I found out how to make a no-sew tutu :) I had the headband (just a regular elastic band), bright pink, and white tulle already on hand from our wedding. Then I went to JoAnns and purchased light pink, orange, sparkly blue, and sparkly white to add to it. It's a little poofy but I think it will be perfect for her Monkey Love birthday party on Monday :)
