We finally decided to sign Keldan up for tball this summer at the YMCA. We had our first initial meeting/practice 4 weeks ago I believe (I know slacking, just getting these pictures on here...). Our coach didn't show up the first week (he came the next week) so the parents kind of took charge and they practiced hitting the ball and running the bases. They have 6 games, every Tuesday, practice at 6 and game at 6:15. They all get a chance to hit the ball and then play in the outfield, first two games were just 2 innings (not a long attention span at this age yet) this last week was actually 3 :) They even had pictures taken last week :) We totally ordered the one package that contained the picture badges :) How fun!
I am amazed at how well Keldan has come in just a few weeks already! Definitely what he needed, just the listening to someone else and getting to now other kids in a different atmosphere. He loves it! Looks forward to being on his yellow team and to listen to his coach (the promise of ice cream if he listens, plays good, and doesn't whine i'm sure has nothing to do with it ;) ). He is hitting the ball fairly well, running the bases and going after the ball so much better than that first week. Now if only we could get him to quit second guessing himself about what to do next, but that will come :) So proud of my little man! This past week Joe didn't have to help him much at all.
Pictures from the first 3 weeks. I didn't get any pictures of the 3rd game, I know what a terrible mom :(

Next two videos are of him hitting the ball at the 2nd game then running to first, Lucas interrupted my camera while I was taping ;) I'm too lazy to combine them so you will just have to enjoy them separate :)
