Three Little Hams: Happy 6 Months!

Our pretty girl turned 6 months on Tuesday. Doesn't even seem possible! Just feels like yesterday I was going to the hospital to have her. What Mikaela's up to (more for my memory book because I am no good at the baby books!):

*25 inches & 15 lbs

*Now on Earth's Best Formula, another organic one (the other organic gave me a little scare with the new study stating it tested the highest for arsenic and I will not take any risks with my babies!). Also making my own baby food still. I LOVE the baby bullet!

*Size 2 diapers but I think the next box I buy will be 3s :( Doing some cloth diapers with her, not a lot though.

*Her clothes size varies greatly. Shes still in a couple 0-3, some 3-6, 6-9, and 12 months. Just depends what it is and the brand.

*Takes about 2 naps in her crib during the day and sleeps 9-9 (usually) at night.

*Loves her jumper, she goes crazy in it.

*Starting to get up on her knees (chest still flat to the ground). She has begun kind of wiggling on her belly, especially if a toy is close by she will keep working at it til she gets it.

*Found her lungs....she loves to talk very loud and doesn't really have a laugh, it has become more of an excited scream.

*Grabbing toys really good and holding on. Starting to shake rattles or her stuffed toys.

*Likes to touch and grab peoples faces & hair.

*Will hold her bottle for a few seconds and easily holds onto the sippy cups that have the handles.

*Starting to be familiar with certain people and remember them.

*Sitting is ok, starting to catch her self and sit back up if she begins to fall. If you put a toy in front of her she will do good but if no toy is around then she doesn't stay stable, just too much going on around her, might miss something :)

*Her gums are not white or bumpy yet but I feel she has begun teething (going to be a long few months before that first one pops through probably). She constantly is munching on things and drooling. Gripe water has been a life saver most of the time, I'm just not into giving them medicine all the time so I'm thankful for a natural way to help relieve most of the pain.

*She loves to suck her bottom lip in as you will see in a couple of the last pictures. She usually gets an ornery glow in her eye when she does it.

On to some pictures...there were so many I finally was able to narrow down to these. She was just enjoying her time so I took advantage of it :)

She's getting her Mama's dark eyes. I think they get darker all the time.

There's that personality starting to come out ;)

Silly girl, not used to seeing her legs & toes due to leggings/pants/socks. She kept rubbing them together and looking at them with this funny face like what is that lol.
