Just a FYI this means an allergic reaction to a bug bite ;) We were eating supper and I happen to notice Keldan's one foot was much larger than usual (as you can see in the normal one they are skinny and boney). The next day it looked like this, it was so tight, luckily it was still sandel weather because I could barely get them on him, so off to the Dr we went. Had to get an antibiotic and prescription benadryl, neosporin on it and try to elevate it as much as possible. After a couple days it went back to normal size :) Really wished we knew what he was allergic to though...
