I think the hardest thing for me when I was pregnant was that I felt bad for Keldan. I had no idea how he would react to the big change. He's used to having mama all to his own during the day. He must have been at the right age (his personality probably helped too) because he did amazing! We had decided before that we would include him with everything so he didn't feel left out. After Joe warmed a bottle Keldan would bring it to me, he helped Joe put already made bottles in fridge, if he cried he tried to put the binkie in his mouth, so many other things he helped out with. He would kiss him, wanted to hold him, and just be around him. It was so cute/awesome/amazing how he took to Lucas.
Hes only had a few jealous moments since, so we must have done something right! If he wants to hold him, he pats his chest then sits down, holds him for a little, then pushes him away like had enough. Lucas is beginning to really watch Keldan. He gets so excited to see him, smiles great big. Keldan shares his trucks with him (doesn't realize he can't play yet). I believe I'm going to have my hands full when they start playing, but it will be so much fun.
