New Room

We've been bouncing around the idea to paint our living room for a long time now just never acted on it til this past weekend. It was kind of a spur of the moment project. We are also going to do the hallway to the stairs. It was wallpapered and after a little piece came off, the boys thought it would be fun to rip it off, which is ok, it was going to need to come off anyways. We have almost all the wallpaper off then we need to fix the walls up (not in the best shape) and then paint (pictures later). Its a huge changed, but I'm in love with it!!

Our Getaway

I was in major need of something..just feeling like I was barely getting through the day...and the awesome hubby knew just what to do....RETAIL THERAPY!! If you don't know me, when I get down my way out is shopping!! I LOVE to shop! We went to Columbus to Easton and then stayed at Cherry Valley Lodge. Oh and did I mention NO KIDS!! This has not happened in an extremely looonng time. Occasionally we will go on a date for couple hours but then are back to the kids before bed. This time we got to enjoy a whole day AND night without them. Love them more than anything but I would be crazy to say that I didn't need to get away. We had a wonderful time!! Actually got to enjoy a relaxing time in the hot tub too, no kids to take care of :) Thanks hun for a wonderful getaway and letting me shop til my heart was content :)

Grabbed at quick lunch at Wendy's. Oh yes, we went all out ;)

In the Easton shopping mall they had a train. Knew the boys would like this :)

After A LOT of shopping we ate at Smokey Bones. Loved it!! and this was my amazing dessert! It was huge!!

Hard to see but this was out our balcony at night.
