Cars 2

I wanted to take my little guys on separate dates before the new baby arrives. Other than occasional shopping trips that I sometimes only take one I usually have them both. It was the perfect time because Cars 2 just came out in theaters. So Keldan took his first trip to the movies :) Oh it was soo much fun! We went to McDonalds for lunch before. Its expensive to take a 3 yr old to the movies, I thought maybe they would have a really good rate for kids that little, don't know how they will do, but it was only 50 cents cheaper than my ticket. It was worth it tho :) He did AMAZING! The people in front of us were even amazed at how well he did. Closer to the end he became a little antsy but I told him it was almost over so he sat there til the end, 2 hrs of sitting there. He started off in my lap then moved to his own seat. He had so much fun! Oh and Cars 2 is adorable, didn't think it was as good as the first but still a cute/funny movie. Keldan absolutely loved it, still talks about :)

I Call It Crazy....

Life has been crazy since vaca. The Tuesday after we got home, I decided no more diapers for Keldan. He is doing amazing! I'm a firm believer in age 3 for potty training. Much less frustration! After a week of it he rarely has an accident, just if he gets busy playing and I'm not paying attention to his actions :) So proud of him!

Not only am I potty training a 3 yr old but also a puppy. It helps that I can put her in her cage if I get too busy, I don't do it too often because I feel bad that shes locked up & I want her to get used to the boys. She is doing good as well, rarely has accidents.

Plus I have an ornery 18 month old. He is so bad he can't help it :) In to everything & not afraid of one thing! Complete opposite of Keldan.

Oh and one more thing, I'm a miserable 32 week pregnant lady :) Not able to sleep at night is in full swing, strong contractions already (lovely ligaments pulling makin them worse), and sweet little girl letting me know shes here.

And yet I would not trade my life for ANYTHING! I love my boys, girl to come soon, & the 2 four legged girls :) Of course I get frustrated and Joe gets the privilege of hearing me complain. I know he doesn't pay attention to my complaining but I feel better just saying it :) I know that this crazy part of my life will not last long and when its over I will wish I was still in it. They are growing up way too fast!

Ohio Here We Come

The trip home was not as good as the way there. The boys just were not traveling so well and neither was I. We split the traveling up again, which I was very thankful for! We were home before noon on Sunday. Vacation was wonderful but it was good to be home.

All packed & ready to go at 7:35...didn't think we needed to leave too early.

Lunch at Wendys, Scooby Doo was hungry too.

Such boys & such brothers! They have begun there tackling each other and Keldan might be bigger, but Lucas can hold his own. He tackles Keldan quite often.

We were on the road by 7:49 Sunday morning. Made a couple of potty breaks...the baby decided it was a good time to lay in a not too good position in my belly.

Daddy was tired so Keldan drove for a little :)

10:38 am we entered Ohio

Gas prices when we returned home...made us miss the 3.19 in S Carolina.

11:50 we were home.

AMAZING

I could definitely be a beach bum! The view during the week made the sleepless nights ok to handle. One day I will live there...

Mini Golf

Last night we were there, Joe, the boys, and I went for supper by ourselves, another good choice by the Daddy! We were trying to decide whether the boys were too young yet for mini golf, but decided to try one, didn't have much walking and we thought that might be best. It was really funny. They enjoyed a few holes then got bored with it, but gotta start somewhere :) I think Lucas liked it more than Keldan.
