Half a Year!

So hard to believe that Lucas is 6 months...sad but awesome! He is starting to get a little of his personality, going to be a handful I believe. Almost 18 lbs and 26 1/2" long. He is starting 2s in the solid food. My little guy is mobile already. He will start at one side of the living room and roll to the other side. We also noticed today that he was trying to scoot on his belly to get somewhere...already?!?! Don't think I'm ready for two on the go yet ;) Sitting fairly well and catching himself. Almost sitting up from laying position. And as you can tell absolutely loves the camera!

"Go Pool"

Sorry haven't posted lately...been very busy. Spending lots of time outdoors, taking in the wonderful warm weather. Keldan's favorite words "go pool", loves to be in the pool.

Mickey & Minnie

My mom decided to get two kitties for outside so the boys could play with them. She named them Mickey and Minnie. Keldan loves them, Minnie is his favorite. He picks them up and carries them around...doing good with it, couple times had them around the neck but other than that carries them by belly.

We had Keldan's birthday party on Sunday. Had a wonderful time! It was very warm so we had it inside. Joe grilled burgers, had chips, taco dip, fuit, cake, and ice cream. Cakes are so expensive so I decided to make a funfeti cake. Mamaw and Papa bought Keldan mickey mouse cars so I decided to use them for the decoration & the cutouts were from the packaging. Thought it turned out fairly well. Thanks everyone for all the gifts!!

A Wedding

Same day as Keldan's birthday, my cousin got married :) Boys did wonderful during it. We took cars along for Keldan and he was content playing with them during the ceremony. Lucas just looked around the whole time. Joe and Keldan left the reception early though...the boy needed a nap.
