Happy 4 Months!

Can you believe it!? Our little one is 4 months today. Hes getting so big! Turning into a little boy already :) I love his smile, melts my heart. Happy 4 Mths Keldan. Love you :)

Little Kicker!

Heres a little video of K kicking his board. He absolutely loves this thing. He knows if you kick it, it does pig/cow/chick noises. The whole time I'm doing something I can hear him still playing with it. He has started to talk to it now too. Such a silly boy!

Growing Boy!

Sorry if this post is boring, just wanted to give you guys an update of what K is up to. I measured him a couple days ago and he was 25.5 in (not sure how accurate that is). Last week I weighed him and he was about 15lbs.

He eats 5.5 oz of formula and 6 tsp of rice every 3 hrs. K's during the night bottle has not been consistent. He always goes to bed at 10, but he wakes up different times. It can be anywhere from 4 to 6 that he wakes for a bottle, then goes right back to sleep (no rocking or anything!) until 7:30 or so. It's wonderful.

He only has a few days left of the antacid medicine, so we'll see how he does. They say they usually only need it for a mth.

He's been sitting up, he can last probably 5-10 sec by himself, without being propped. When he starts to topple over, he's starting to catch himself and sit back up. I can't believe how strong the little thing is!

Found the toes awhile ago (a mth or more), but now he pulls on them. He found his hands a few weeks ago. Found his head, he likes to help me wash his hair, its so cute. Loves to grab things and hold on.

He started cooing probably around a mth, and when we left from vacation he cooed a little more. Over the weekend he started to carry big conversations. He will go on for 15 to 30 min at a time. It melts my heart :) Just to hear that little voice cooing. I'm trying to take a video, but every time I get my camera out he stops and stares at it. He's also been laughing.

He doesn't fuss too much anymore unless he's tired or hot/cold. It depends on the day when his nap is and how long he will sleep.

He's been scooting for awhile. Every once and awhile he will get his knees up. He loves to do the airplane. We hold on to his chest and he can keep his head and his legs straight. Its amazing!

He's starting to reach for you. Joe will be holding him and I will say "Come to mama" and he leans out with his arms open and gets all excited. That's such a wonderful feeling!

I'm just amazed at how much they change in 3.5 mths. He has a doc appointment Oct 13th. They are going to start him on solids and start his vitamins. There is more things I'm sure that he's been doing just can't think of them right now.

My Outing with Mama and Grandma

K needed some clothes, season changing, and some toys to keep him occupied. My mom was off the one day so we decided to go up to Canton. We went to Walmart, Once Upon a Child, and Baby Depot. Stopped and ate at Rocknes.

My mom has a big stuffed pink poodle, so we sat him up to it. He held on tight. (Don't worry daddy it was just for a couple pictures, he won't play with it hehe).

It's begun already! He wanted it, so of course grandma bought it for him :)

This toy is a key and it makes loud noises! Even though it gets really annoying, it keeps him entertained.

While we were eating, he started to talk to his cow. He would do a little talking, then he would pause like the cow was talking to him as well. It was the cutest thing ever. He would start to get a little mad, then would smile great big. I wish I would of taken a video. He's so silly.

He's ready for real food!

My mom bought him this mat that makes noises. I hung it at the end of his crib. He loves it! It wasn't long and he realized if he kicked the board it made pig, cow, and chick noises. When you turn it off he kicks so hard and gets mad. It also plays a song in the background. He gets all excited.

Here We Go Brownies, Here We Go!

The last preseason game we did not dress K up. We thought maybe it was bad luck. Well they still lost so that obviously had nothing to do with it! So he was dressed for it this Sunday. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy.

I was all ready to cheer for the Ohio State game on Saturday. Grammie and gramps got me the shirt and hat. I love my hat! (I can be like my daddy!)

Dana's Photoshoot

We had went over to grammies on a Wednesday a few weeks ago. Dana decided to stop in and try out her new camera, taking pictures of Keldan. We were not prepared so didn't have any other outfits and props along. She did an awesome job!! I've asked her to take some more pictures sometime soon. Look Alike

One of K's new faces is he pulls in his bottom lip. He usually does it right before he gets fussy. I had taken a picture of him. Then a few days later I took a picture of Joe and he did the same face (not knowing K had done it). He was going through the camera and came across these 2 pictures.
